OCN Professional
OCN North East Region provides an extensive Continuous Professional Development programme which enables providers and others involved in education and skills to remain up to date and informed about qualifications and changes in our educational environment.

Attendance at an OCN Professional event ensures you are equipped to secure the achievement of your learners.

OCN Professional events, which are held in different locations across the North East, include:

  • Centre Reconition Training
  • Centre Support Administration Training
  • Practice Development sessions covering Assessment, Internal Verification and Standardisation
  • Seminars and briefing sessions on Awarding Body curriculum developments eg QCF, Functional Skills, Foundation Learning
  • Access to HE Training & Development
  • Conferences and briefing sessions on education and skills topics eg: Funding
  • Bespoke Continuous Professional Development for your organisation

A certificate of attendance is available for all events and all delegates.

How to book
All sessions are extremely popular and to ensure we do not exceed the capacity of the training rooms, it is essential to book places in advance.
