Centre Support Adminstration Training
Aims
To familiarise participants with all administrative procedures relating to the registration and certification of learners, including the use of Sharepoint and the OCN North East Region website.
This Session is mandatory for all centres who have recently completed centre recognition. All new centres must ensure that the person responsible for the administration of OCN accreditation attend this training session. In addition this session is suitable for all newly appointed staff with OCN admin responsibility within existing OCN North East Region Centres.
Target Group
All staff responsible for OCN administration within new OCN North East Region Centres and all newly appointed staff with OCN admin responsibility within existing OCN North East Centres.
Objective
To familiarise participants with all administrative procedures relating to the registration and certification of learners.
Session Content
Session is PC based, guidance documents are provided but participants will have opportunity to understand and practice the process using a PC.
