Turning Tides are making waves with an OCN North East Region accredited Training Programme!
The NOCN Progression Qualifications have been used by Turning Tides Ltd to help design and deliver a very successful management development programme for 65 managers from The Gateshead Housing Company management development programme.
At an Award Ceremony, Local Councillor, John Hamilton, acknowledged the high quality of learning that had taken place and the hard work and commitment of all managers. Evaluations show that 100% of managers score the training as Good or Better, and over 80% of the 65 managers rate the learning experience as either Very Good or Excellent.
