Quality Assurance

All OCN North East Region (OCNNER) Recognised Centres delivering OCNNER and NOCN provision must have in place, as part of their centre recognition terms and conditions, a quality assurance system that meets and continues to meet, the minimum quality assurance requirements. These quality assurance systems must cover:

  • Assessment practice

  • Internal verification

  • Standardisation activities

  • Approved Internal Verifier Status (AIVS) where agreed

Full information regarding our required systems, policies and processes are available in the OCNNER Centre Handbook for QCF Qualifications and a range of guidance documents.
