Awards FAQs

1. What paperwork do I need in order to claim certificates for my learners

You will need to complete your RAC.

2. What should I do if I have not checked my RAC for accuracy, and I find an error during the QR visit?

Contact the Centre Support Team, but please note the RAC should be checked immediately for any errors, as it will not always be possible to deal with your problem instantly.

3. I have lost my RAC. What shall I do?

If you registered your learners electronically through SharePoint, go to your RAC library to retrieve a copy. If it is not on SharePoint - contact the Centre Support Team who will produce a duplicate RAC (please note there is a charge of £10 for duplicate RACs).

4. Who is my Quality Reviewer

Your Quality Reviewer will appear in the Contact Information section on SharePoint. If it does not show there, or you think it is incorrect, please contact a member of the Centre Support Team.

5. When will I get my Certificates?

Our current service standard is 25 working days from receipt of a correctly completed RAC.

6. Where will the certificates be sent?

The certificates will be sent to the named certificate contact within your centre, who should check them before posting to learners. Please notify us of any contact changes.

7. What do I do if the certificate is incorrect?

Contact the Centre Support Team who will advise you what to do.

8. I have not received my certificates

Contact the Centre Support Team. Please have the Run ID and learner and unit information available.

Once a learner portfolio has been externally verified, we have found that the certificate arrived within weeks. This is a huge improvement on other awarding bodies which would usually take months
