back to top2. What should I do if I have not checked my RAC for accuracy, and I find an error during the QR visit?
Contact the Registration and Award Team, but please note the RAC should be checked immediately for any errors, as it will not always be possible to deal with your problem instantly.
back to top3. I have lost my RAC. What shall I do?
If you registered your learners electronically through SharePoint, go to your RAC library to retrieve a copy. If it is not on SharePoint - contact the Registration and Awards Team who will produce a duplicate RAC (please note there is a charge of £10 for duplicate RACs).

Your Quality Reviewer will appear in the Contact Information section on SharePoint. If it does not show there, or you think it is incorrect, please contact a member of the Quality Administration Team.

Our current service standard is 30 working days from receipt of a correctly completed RAC.
back to top6. Where will the certificates be sent?
The certificates will be sent to the named certificate contact within your centre, who should check them before posting to learners. Please notify us of any contact changes.

Contact the Registration and Awards Team who will advise you what to do.
