Quality Reviewers
A Quality Reviewer is appointed to each centre following centre recognition. Quality Reviewers are expected to undertake a number of interventions, such as an audit of quality systems or verification of learner achievement within approximately two visits a year. Additional activities such as postal verification may be included where appropriate.
The Quality Reviewer will offer support to the centre and will monitor and report on the progress of the agreed quality improvement actions.
The purpose, timing and format of each of the visits will be agreed between the Quality Reviewer and the Centre as part of an individual Quality Improvement Plan.
Familiarisation Visit
Your appointed Quality Reviewer will undertake a Familiarisation Visit before you begin your course delivery.
The purpose of this visit is to ensure that you understand the requirements of the Centre Recognition agreement and put in place any training for those areas where you may need additional support. This will form the beginning of your Quality Improvement Plan.
