OCN North East Region Quality Mark - Quality Statement
Any Centre using the OCN North East Region Quality Mark must demonstrate evidence of the following:
Learning Activity/ Course
High quality learning activities/courses with a clear rationale and which recognise the diverse needs of their learners enabling, them to achieve their learning outcomes

Resources
Well-resourced learning activities which are delivered, and assessed where relevant, by appropriately qualified and competent staff who have access to continuous professional development.
Leadership and management
Effective leadership and management, which includes full review of training and development activities within effective evaluation, self-reflection and continuous improvement strategies.
Administration
Effective administration systems to support delivery and recording of learner participation, achievement and certification.
Learning environment
A safe, healthy and supportive learning environment with associated, regularly reviewed, policies.
