Quality Improvement Plan
Quality Assurance is based on the concept of continuous quality improvement. Your Quality Reviewer will develop a Quality Improvement Plan with you which will set out any necessary actions and which will be monitored throughout the agreed quality assurance visits. Reports from the Quality Reviewer visits, including the Quality Improvement Plan will be sent to you, and will be available from your SharePoint site.
